2024 Studio Rates

All work performed in our studio is billed at an hourly rate plus the costs of materials. Site-based projects, including collections surveys, workshops, and in-situ wallpaper conservation, are typically billed at our daily rate, plus materials and travel expenses.

We offer free in-studio consultations by appointment whenever it is feasible. Our conservators will meet with you to discuss the current condition, likely conservation treatment steps, and predicted outcomes of your object or collection.

Any object considered for conservation treatment must be examined and tested in our studio before committing to a treatment plan and cost.

Treatment proposals and all associated costs are valid for one year.

Grant funding is another resource which can be utilized to cover conservation costs.
